He is survived by: his brother Thomas of Quincy; and his sister-in-law Ann. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Massachusetts General Hospital, in appreciation of the many years William devoted to its community.
