He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Galvez (Lovejoy); his sons, Michael Galvez (Rachel) of Beverly, Massachusetts., Jorge E. Galvez Jr. and Antonio M. Galvez; his siblings, Angelica and Borja; his nephews, Juan Pablo (Johann), Mauricio and Alphonso; and his niece Claudia.
