He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Van Voorhees Willard and Lois Arlene Willard (Marvin); his brother Peter A. Willard; and his sibling's child Shon Shadrick. He is survived by: his sister Joan A. Shadrick (Bruce) of Brockton; his sibling's children, Derek Shadrick (Heidi) of East Bridgewater, Heather Simpson (Bryan) of Whitman, Melissa Willard of Walpole, Andrew Clinton of Mission Hill and Nicholas Clinton of Wenham; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abigail, Hanna, Finley and Keegan; and his sister-in-law Laura Willard (Kenneth Clinton) of Warren. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
