He was predeceased by: his parents, David Provost and Barbara Provost (Hill). He is survived by: his wife Susan Swartz-Provost; his children, AnneMarie Weldon (Stephen) of Montana, Molly Riordan (Jason) of West Boylston and Thomas Provost (Brianna) of Charlton; his grandchild Ryleigh Provost; and his siblings, Danny Provost of Manchester, NH, David Provost (Tracy) of Paxton and Ann Provost of Leicester.
