She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Mietkiewicz and Rose Mietkiewicz (DiPillo); and her sister Susan Weaver. She is survived by: her husband Philip Puris; her daughters, Kristina Puris (George Lambertson) of South Burlington and Elizabeth Prentice (David) of South Portland, Maine; her siblings, Lester Mietkiewicz (Cindy) of Millbury and Andrea Mietkiewicz of Old Town, Maine; and her granddaughters, Lucille Lambertson and Isabella Prentice. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
