He was predeceased by: his parents, George G. Carlson and Sophie Carlson (Lupa). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his brother Ronald Carlson of Oakham, MA; his children, Col Gary Carlson (Kim) of California, Nancy Oldakowski (Eddie) of Paxton, MA and David Carlson (Deb) of Sturbridge, MA; and his grandchildren, Christopher Oldakowski, Nikki Oldakowski Sciannella (Stephen), Michael Carlson (Stevie), Brad Carlson Matt (Heather) and Lizzy Carlson. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
