It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Mahan of Holden, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Mahan and Agnes Mahan (LaPlante). He is survived by: his wife Helene M. Mahan (Grampietro); his sons, Paul J. Mahan (Kelly) of Holden, Thomas J. Mahan (Pam) of Holden and David J. Mahan (Christine) of Worcester; his siblings, John F. Mahan (Mary) of Millbury, Paul A. Mahan (Donna) of Holden and Patricia Mahan of Holden; and his grandchildren, Andrew, Matthew and Emily. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
