She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Forsman, Sr.; her daughter Karen Arsenault; her sister Alice Richards; and her parents, William Bouchea and Herminie Bouchea (Lavigne).
She is survived by: her sons, Robert "Skip" Forsman, Jr. and William Forsman (Amy Howes) of Holden; her grandchildren, Erica, Jessica, Gunard, Ryan, Natalie and Ben; and her son-in-law Joseph Arsenault (Christine) of Sterling.
