She is survived by: her parents, Ronald Duquette and Susan Duquette (Winkelmann) of Holden; her husband Craig Jacobsen of Holden; her sons, Joseph Occhialini of Rutland, Thomas Jacobsen of Holden and Gabriel Jacobsen of Holden; her siblings, Lisa Marks and David Duquette; her family, Tanya, Sonya, Linda, Rob and Julie; and her pet Sammy.
