He was predeceased by: his father John G. Jarnis; and his brother John R. Jarnis. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Jarnis (Reilly) of Sterling; his mother Nancy Jarnis; his sons, John Jarnis (Jill) of Sterling and Matthew Jarnis (Staci) of Burlington, NJ; his siblings, George Jarnis (Gloria) of Waltham, Daniel Jarnis (Jill Brown) of Woodbury, VT, Janet Malley (Kevin) of Ann Arbor, MI and Martha Jarnis of Salem, MA; his grandchildren, Megan, Jackson, Maisie and Reilly Jarnis; and his sister-in-law Jane Jarnis of Falmouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many great-nieces and nephews.
