We announce the death of Rodney S. Jenkins (Holden, Massachusetts), who passed away on September 6, 2026, at the age of 74. Rodney will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loyd Jenkins and Olive Jenkins (Ayotte); his son Brennan Jenkins; and his siblings, Gerald Jenkins and Priscilla Handler.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Jenkins (Croteau); his stepdaughter Amy Sinkewich (Mark) of Rutland; his grandchildren, Camden (Rachael) of Rutland, Adrian of Rutland, Ryan of Rutland and Tristan Sinkewich of Rutland; his son Nathaniel Jenkins; his brother Richard Jenkins (Donna) of Paxton; his nephew Robert Alexander of Worcester; his nieces, Elizabeth Myers of New York and Julie McKenna of Vermont; his friends, Bob and Diane Abbott of Worcester; and his pet Bindi. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Miles Funeral Home (1158 Main St, Holden, MA 01520). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rodney's memory to a charity of your choice.
