With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Robert E Cox Sr. in Holland, Massachusetts, born in Monterey, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Cox; his parents, William Cox and Dorothy Cox (Buckner); his son Robert E. Cox Jr.; and his siblings, Marland Cox, Lucy Rodriguez and Caroline Frost.
He is survived by: his children, Randy L. Cox of Holland, Ryan A. Cox (Kelly) and Renee (Gregory).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lombard Funeral Home (3 Bridge St, Monson, MA 01057). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shriner's Children New England at 516 Carew Street, Springfield MA 01104.
