With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald LeRoy Schulz of Holliston, Massachusetts, born in Barton City, Michigan, who passed away on June 9, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Gerald LeRoy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Gerald LeRoy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eliza Schulz (McGregor) and Ferdinand Schulz; and his siblings, Eugene Schulz Sr. (Kathy) of Michigan and Virginia Fritz. He is survived by: his wife Joanne Schulz (King); his children, Brian Schulz (Elizabeth Richter) of Newton and Lisa Slowman (Geoffrey) of Ashland; his grandson Andrew Slowman; and his siblings, Donald Schulz of Michigan and JoAnn Nims (Myron) of Michigan. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Lutheran Church (600 Central St, Holliston, MA 01746).
