She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Falcone; and her parents, Frank C. Cerveny and Julia V. Cerveny (Kulig). She is survived by: her daughters, June Jones (Lawrence Jones) of Milford, MA and Carol Falcone (Daryl Hamel) of Dalton, MA; her grandsons, James Jones of Milford, MA and William Jones (Melissa) of Nashua, NH; and her great grandchild Madison Jones of Nashua, NH. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces & grandnephews.
