She was predeceased by: her parents, Christine Stewart (Emery) and Edward Stewart; and her siblings, Iris Wheaton, Myrtle Trindall, Christine Ross, Edward Stewart, John Stewart and Judith Williams.

She is survived by: her sisters, Jennie MacPhearson and Clara Smith. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
