He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Clark (Evans) and Norman W. Clark Sr.; and his brothers, Richard and William Clark. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Clark (Torgersen); his children, Russell Clark of Monmouth, Carolyn Tierney (Timothy) of Franklin, Virginia Watkins of Holliston and Marjorie Hayes (Bradford) of Colorado; and his grandchildren, Courtney Tierney, Kristine Watkins, Rebecca Fieldhouse (Ryan), Joseph Watkins III, Carolyn, Brian and John Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
