She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta Speakes (Kohus) and John T. Speakes of Covington, Kentucky.; and her husband Robert J. Renzi. She is survived by: her children, Diane, Robert, Karen and Carol; her grandchildren, Erin, Elyse, Chase and Ella; her great grandchildren, Lyla and Luke; and her siblings, Mary, Donald, Jack, Roger, Mickey, Jerry and Jimmy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
