It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne Chaput R. N. (Holyoke, Massachusetts), who passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
As we bid adieu to Anne's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Anne has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Gazda (Cauley) and Chester J Gazda; her father-in-law Jack Chaput; and her brothers-in-law, John Chaput and Wendell Willis.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ellen (Gazda), Asher (Harry Asher), Patti Willis (Gazda) and Paul Gazda (Jennifer Gazda).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040).
