He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rowan (Tully); his children, Anthony Tully Rowan (Patricia Marrow) of Chicopee, MA and Laurie Simmons (Brett) of Southampton, MA.; his grandchildren, Katherine and Rylie Simmons; and his siblings, Patrick Ruane (Maura) of Agawam, MA, Mary Wilson of Ireland, William Rowan (Jean) of Wales, Catherine Rowan of Wales and Michael Rowan (Christine) of England. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
