She is survived by: her children, Louis Albert Ortiz (Fatima) of California, Rosa Rivera (Anibal) of Holyoke, Doris Ortiz of Chicopee, Debbie Cabrera of Holyoke, Ana Ortiz (Michael) of Holyoke and Emily Ortiz-Carattini (Angel) of Belchertown.
