She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Forest and Julia Forest (Lebac). She is survived by: her sons, Joe Salem (Laura Pantoja) of Holyoke and Shawn Antunes of Enfield, CT; her stepchildren, Aaron, Phyllis, Diane and Sharon Antunes; her brother Kenneth Forest (Genevieve) of Holyoke; her grandchildren, Shawn Antunes Jr., Rya Antunes and Joseph Salem Jr.; her great grandchildren, Atlas and Nova; and her pet Angel. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
