She was predeceased by: her parents, Josephine Gwozdz and William Gwozdz; and her sister Mary Ann. She is survived by: her sister Dorothy Gwozdz; her cousins, Michael Dorunda and Christine Mertens; and her friend Rosemary Wesloski (Jack).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of the Cross Church (Holy Cross Ave, Holyoke, MA 01040). A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 27th 2026 at the Mater Dolorosa Cemetery (152 Pittroff Ave, South Hadley, MA 01075).
Memorial donations may be made in memory of Connie to the American Cancer Society or the Dementia Society of America or any other organization that supports Cancer and Dementia research.
