He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Levin and Minnie Levin; and his siblings, Bobby, Jerry and Barbara.
He is survived by: his spouse Lauren; his son Rick Levin (Misa) of Crawfordville, FL; his stepchildren, David Prevost (Jessica Rector) of Holyoke, MA and Bethany Prevost (April Szafranski) of Madison, WI.; his sister-in-law Pat; and his pets, Izzy, Molly and Waffles. He is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
