He is survived by: his daughters, Dr. Malaysia H. Harrell (Danzell) of Upper Marlboro and Shannon Gresham of Charlotte; his brother Maxwell D. Wiggins, Sr. (Gloria) of Springfield, Massachusetts; and his grandchild Devanté Bledsoe. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family, and friends.
