She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Omer and Barabara Omer (Kelly); and her husband Dennis Surdyka. She is survived by: her siblings, Rick, John Omer, Michael Omer (Annie) and Julie Archambault (Ray); her daughter Kyla Surdyka; and her friends, Maryann and Dwayne Paraday.
