She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward G. Padden and Jean M. Padden (Zych); her husband James L. Manning; her son John E. Manning; and her brother Thomas Padden.
She is survived by: her son James W. Manning (Valerie) of Agawam, MA; her grandson James D. Roberts-Manning (Isabella); her great grandchildren, Isabella, Jimmy and John; and her sister Barbara Frances.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A procession will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Blessed Sacrament Church (1945 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A burial will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at the Mater Dolorosa Cemetery (152 Pittroff Ave, South Hadley, MA 01075).
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made in memory of Jean to Hospice Life Care, 575 Beech Street, Holyoke, MA 01040 or American Heart Association, 93 Worcester Street, Wellesley, MA 02481.
