He was predeceased by: his wife Rita Sweeney (LaMagdelaine); his parents, John J. Sweeney and Abbie Sweeney; and his sisters, Dorothy Driscoll (Sweeney) and Eleanor Bristol (Sweeney).
He is survived by: his daughters, Patti-Ann Dombrowski (Mike) and Debbie-Ann DeVito (Sweeney); his stepson Robert Snider (Susan); his grandson Michael J. Dombrowski (Alyssa); his great grandchildren, Kenley Grace and Michael Wayne Dombrowski; his grandchildren, Joseph DeVito and Katherine DeVito; and his children, Easthampton Savings Bank and Katie Woods.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home (2049 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040). A burial was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 at the Saint Jerome Cemetery (1666 Northampton St, Holyoke, MA 01040).
