Marie Boardway Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marie Boardway of Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Finnerty and Helen "Mildred" Finnerty (Reidy); and her son Samuel Boardway. She is survived by : her husband Robert F. Boardway; her children, TJ Boardway of South Hadley, Paula Akalis (Steve) of Holyoke and Katie Bilek (Brian) of Brighton, MI; her grandchildren, Carley, Caelah, Dylan Akalis, Shane, Colin and Liam Bilek; her great grandchild Eoghan Preterotti; and her siblings, Edward Finnerty (Judy) of Mount Juliet, TN, Carol Laferriere of Holyoke and Joyce Smalley of Holyoke. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
