He was predeceased by: his parents, Casimir Pijar and Eileen Pijar (Galvin); and his wife Joanne Pijar (LaBrie). He is survived by: his daughters, Maureen Garcia (Lazarus) and Bethann Rogers (Justin); his granddaughter Emily; and his siblings, Jack Pijar (Mary) and Cathreine Mayo (Russell). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
