She was predeceased by: her mother Elizabeth M. Greaney. She is survived by: her sons, Nicholas J. Thompson (Samantha) of Amesbury and Patrick M. Thompson of Holyoke; her father Eugene T. Greaney of Holyoke; her siblings, Katherine M. Ciolek (Paul) of South Hadley, Timothy P. Greaney of Holyoke, Michael E. Greaney (Sherry) of Granby, Maira E. Hellyar (Christopher) and Brian J. Greaney (Melissa Yaffee) of South Hadley; and her siblings' children, Paul, Grace (Samuel Barron), Joseph Ciolek, Molly, Mary Ellen, Morgan Greaney, Zachary, Jack Greaney, Kelsey, Eilis and Anna Hellyar.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Patty's name can be made to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
