He is survived by: his wife Pauline Champagne (LeTellier); his children, Donna Champagne, David Champagne (Julie Lane Champagne) and Dennis Champagne (Jenny Champagne); his grandchildren, Dr. Caitlyn Champagne, Aaron Champagne and Sarah Champagne; his sister Estelle Tack; and his friends, Bill Lomas and Dennis Lane. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
