He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Frost, and Gerald R. Frost, Sr.; his brother Gerald R. Frost, Jr.; and his caregivers, Barbara and Franklin Hospital.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cristie P. Frost of San Antonio, TX and Carrie A. Frost of Maryland; his sister Sheila Kennedy; his brother-in-law David of Easthampton; his grandchildren, Anthony and Jada; his great grandchild Izaiah; his nephews, Keith Frost and Gerald R. Frost, III; his caregiver Sherri Mulholland of Northampton; and his former wives, Denise Kain and Mary Jane Schroeder.
