She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis E. Green. She is survived by: her sons, Dennis E. Green Jr. of Holyoke and Paul Green of West Springfield; her grandchildren, Kiara Lyman, Dillon Green, Katelyn Green, Kourtenay Green and Riley Green; and her sister Diane Haas of Holyoke. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Terri's name to the charity of one's choice.
