We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2025, Tyler E. Fernandez of Holyoke, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Jason Fernandez; and his stepbrother Jonathan Gionfriddo. He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Gionfriddo (Collins); his father-in-law Dominic; his sister Isabelle Gionfriddo; his stepsister Ashley Gionfriddo; and his grandparents, Eduardo, Sharon Fernandez, Clifford and Kathleen Collins. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center, 627 Cottage St., Springfield, MA 01104.
