He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Skiba and Loretta Skiba; his wife Susan Skiba; his daughter Tricia; his siblings, Francis Skiba (Butch), Margaret Brassil, Maxine Brodeur of Southampton, Deborah Tully of Chicopee and James Skiba of Holyoke; and his brother-in-law Timothy Brassil (Margaret) of Holyoke. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the ASPCA or the American Heart Association in Bill's name.
