She was predeceased by : her husband John L. Bell; her father Chester Foley; her son Harry Smith; and her brother James Foley. She is survived by : her son James Smith (Kristen) of Bellingham; her daughter-in-law Linda Smith of North Carolina; and her grandchildren, Carissa, Alexis, Katrina, Erica, Melissa, Brian and Chad. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
