He was predeceased by: his wife Jennifer Smith; his parents, Earl Smith and Olive Smith of Milwaukee, WI; and his brother Earl "Bud" Smith of Saginaw, MI.. He is survived by: his children, Todd Smith, Perry Smith, Chad Smith of Hopedale, MA and Shawn Smith (Kirsten) of Oxford, MA.; his close friend Peg Rothwell of Hopedale, MA; his grandchildren, Emily, Michael, Taylor, Jennifer, Jacob and Joshua; and his nephews, Scott of Michigan and Terry Smith of Michigan.
