She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruth Chouinard (Lougee) and Louis Chouinard of Hopkinton; her husband Tom Ed Smith; and her son James R. Smith. She is survived by : her son Thomas E. Smith (Melanie A. Smith) of Hopkinton; her daughter-in-law Nancy Smith (James R. Smith); her siblings, Herbert Chouinard (Jackie) of Westboro, Phillip Chouinard (Thelma) of Ashland and Thelma Pageau of Watertown; her grandchildren, David T. Smith (Wendy Smith), Jason D. Smith of Phillips Maine and Kaitlin Smith (Edward Painter); her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Samantha, Hunter and Josie; and her great great grandchildren, Lyla and Roxous. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
