Sandra S. Collins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra S. Collins of Housatonic, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 28, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester A. Sarmuk and Louise Sarmuk (Lewis); her husband Dr. John C. Collins; her pet Dolly; and her brothers, Daryl L. Sarmuk and Robert B. Sarmuk.
She is survived by: her daughter Holly Troiano (Andy); her grandchildren, Heather DelSoldato (Joseph), Angela Troiano-Bynack (Stephen) and Kevin Troiano (Victoria); her great grandchildren, Benjamin Troiano, Syrus Bynack, Sawyer DelSoldato and Quinn DelSoldato; her son Philip Collins; her grandchildren, Dr. McKensie Collins and Cameron Collins; her daughter Dolley Collins (Dave Balch); her grandchildren, Sophia Guimarro and Joseph Guimarro; her sister Candace Gerard; her niece Lori Kurland; her nephew Chester Gerard; her brother Peter Sarmuk (Kim); her niece Casey Sarmuk; her great-nephew Robert; her nephew Robert Sarmuk; her sister-in-law Barbara Sarmuk-Fernandez; her niece Marissa Sarmuk; and also Laurie Meunier (Kathleen). She is also survived by her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Teresa of Calcutta Parish (1085 Main St, Housatonic, MA 01236).
