She was predeceased by: her husband David C. Rego; and her parents, Manuel Andrade and Filomena "Tavares" Andrade. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Liana Melecio of Upton, MA, Jason Traiforos, Alyssa Traiforos of Marlborough, MA, Isaak Rego and Luke Rego of Hudson Hudson, MA.; and her siblings, Maria Chaves of Hudson, MA, Iberia Freitas of Connecticut, Rosa Chaves (Antonio) of Taunton, MA, Natalia Chaves (Jose Antonio) of Hudson, MA, Jose Andrade (Celestina) of Hudson, MA, Antonio Andrade (Ilda) of Hudson, MA, Alfredo Andrade (Donna) of Connecticut and Ernesto Andrade (Isabel) of California. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Tighe Hamilton Regional Funeral Home (50 Central St, Hudson, MA 01749). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Michael Church (23 Manning St, Hudson, MA 01749). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Saint Michael Cemetery (278 Cox St, Hudson, MA 01749).
