It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Esther Ojeda Espada of Hudson, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 8, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Esther departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Esther. Though Esther may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eusebio Ojeda Denis and Maria O. Espada Rodriguez. She is survived by: her daughter Iralys Rufin Ojeda (Rolando Niebla Almeida); her grandchildren, Yeselys Niebla Rufin (Reynier Rodriguez) and Yosdany Niebla Rufin (Sierra Niebla) of Hudson; and her great grandchildren, Kaelyn, Luna and Oscar. She is also survived by 1 sister, 7 brothers as well as many nieces, nephews.
