John David leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. He was predeceased by: his father John D. MacDonald; and his sister Linda Tuper-MacDonald. He is survived by: his mother Margaret MacDonald (Broll); and his children, Jack MacDonald (J. T.) and Jessica MacDonald.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in John's name to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
