He was predeceased by: his parents, Arsenio and Eremelinda. He is survived by: his wife Lisette M. Correia (Goncalo); his daughters, Manuela Gouveia (Serry) of Billerica, MA and Christina Willwerth (Carlos Perez) of Boylston, MA.; his grandchildren, Madison Gouveia of Brooklyn, NY, Serry Gouveia Jr. of Billerica, MA, Gwyn Willwerth of Boylston, MA and Max Willwerth of Boylston, MA; his sisters, Luisa Braga of Hudson, MA, Teresa (Jose Mauricio) of Hudson, MA, Francelina Medeiros of Sao Miguel and Azores; his sister-in-law Maria Manuela (Antonio Frias) of Hudson, MA; and his sisters, Maria Lourdes Martines, Violante Silva and Guilhermina Ponte. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and numerous other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Heart Association in his memory.
