He was predeceased by: his wife Jennie Frame (Spina); and his parents, Hugh Frame and Alma Frame (Seeburg). He is survived by: his son Robert C. Frame Jr. (Cathy) of Westborough, MA; his grandsons, Nicholas Frame (Maia) of Natick, MA and Steven Frame of Boston, MA; and his great grandchild Zachary Frame.
