She was predeceased by: her parents, Adelino Veiga Lela and Maria Nunes Veiga (Marcia). She is survived by: her husband Mateus M. Costa; her children, Adilson Costa, Steven Costa and Judy Allen; her son-in-law Jake Allen; her grandchildren, Zachary Costa, Sierra Dyszczyk, Ariana Goodrich and Jacob Goodrich; her nephew Flavio Andrade; and her siblings, Maria Jesus Lela, Maria Matilde Veiga, Maria Debarros, Eugenia Fernandes, Carolina Andrade, Marco Lela, Joao Andrade, Joaquim Andrade and Maria Andrade. She is also survived by cousins, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Parish (St. Ann Church) (208 Samoset Ave, Hull, MA 02045). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
