Thelbert R. Eccles Obituary
The memory of Thelbert R. Eccles in Hull, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 6, 2025 at the age of 95, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mildred Eccles (Longmire) and Charles Eccles; and his siblings, George, Elwood, Audrey and Helen.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Eccles; his children, Glenn Eccles (Deb) of East Dennis, Gregg Eccles of Waltham and Lynn Eccles of Framingham; and his sister Thelma Arsenault. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, along with a multitude of nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home (21 Emerald St, Hingham, MA 02043). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Ann's Church (204 Samoset Ave, Hull, MA 02045).
