He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia McLaughlin (Fahey); his son Mark McLaughlin; his parents, John McLaughlin and Margery McLaughlin; his siblings, Barbara Connors, Jack McLaughlin, Phil McLaughlin and Mark McLaughlin; and his stepgrandson Garrick Headrick.
He is survived by: his children, Raymond McLaughlin, Jr. (Ellie) of Marshfield and Kristine Headrick (Brandon) of Humarock; his grandchildren, Michelle McLaughlin, Liam McLaughlin, Keighley McLaughlin and Patrick McLaughlin; his siblings, Margery Picot of Quincy, Richard McLaughlin (Marie) of Quincy, Janie Adamonis (Richie) of Weymouth, Gina McLaughlin of South Bethlehem, NY and Paula Souther (Charlie) of Hingham; and his sister-in-law Maureen Duff (Shelia Fahey) of Hanson. He is also survived by his numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
