He is survived by : his wife Charlotte "Sindi" Harvey of Yarmouth; his parents, Roger A. Harvey (Lynn Harding) of Chattanooga, TN and Nancy McDonald Harvey Phinney (Lester F. Phinney) of Hyannis; his children, Curtis C. Harvey of Farmington, CT, Stephen X. Ebersold of Dennis, Charlotte A. Jones of Yarmouth, Jennifer Ebersold Jones of Sandwich and Melissa Lundblad of West Point; and his sister Paige Harvey True (Jeffrey) of Old Saybrook, CT.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Paul's name may be made to an animal rescue organization.
