Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He is survived by: his mother Claire Fitzgerald; his brother Eric Kester; his sons, Samuel Kester and Connor Jean; and his friends, Kate Dickerman and Heidi Huber. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider supporting a local arts program or cheering extra loud for the Bruins in his memory.
