It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Gelabert Cintrón of Hyde Park, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 25, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Leyda, Andita and Bernardo Gelabert Cintrón. She is survived by: her children, Dean Lebrón (Noemi Rodriguez) of Florida, Jill Melèndez (Edwin Melèndez) of Roxbury and Dagmar Mauro (Emilio E. Mauro Jr.) of Canton; her grandchildren, Jasmin Irizarry-Lebrón (Michael Steven Andrade II) of Hyde Park, Jovany Isidoro Melèndez (Crisonis Melèndez) of Rhode Island and Dean Anthony Lebrón; her great grandchildren, Arya Andrade-Irizarry, Michael Steven Andrade III, Jayson Royce Melèndez, Jade Noelle Melèndez and Zoeli Isabella Melèndez; and her siblings, Leonilda Gelabert Cintrón, Maria Dolores Gelabert Cintrón, Hilda Gelabert Berrrocales, Ramon Pascual Gelabert Cintrón, Leovigirdo Gelabert Cintrón and Leonardo Gelabert Cintrón. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
